Shipping

We ship to all US States and Territories, to Canada, to Central and South America, and to Australia and New Zealand. We do not ship to Europe, Asia, Africa or the Middle East.

Customers in countries outside our shipping zones may wish to arrange for someone in the US to receive their shipment and forward it to them. If you choose this option you must pay through a PayPal account and specify a US shipping address

Actisense products can only be shipped to addresses in US and Central and South America. We cannot ship them to Canada, Australia or New Zealand due to manufacturer restrictions.

Shipping in the continental US is by UPS. States marked in brown and yellow on the map below will receive UPS Ground packages in 1 - 2 days after shipment. States marked in green, red or orange will take 3 - 5 days for UPS Ground. Customers in the continental US can select a UPS 2-Day shipment option on checkout.

Shipping to AK/HI/PR/VI and to Canada, Australia and New Zealand is by US Priority Mail.

If a customer in the continental US includes a Post Office box number in the shipping address, shipping will be by US Mail instead of UPS.

Sales Tax

State sales tax is charged on shipments to addresses in Connecticut, South Carolina and Washington State only. There is no tax on shipments to any other destinations. Shipments overseas are not charged US tax - the customer is responsible for any import or customs duties charged by the destination country.

Returns Policy

If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong item, you may return it within 30 days of shipment for a refund. You must request an RMA number from us before returning any item, and that RMA number must be marked on the return shipment. The return address will be sent with the RMA number.

Returned items must be new, unopened and unused. Blister packs must be unopened. The manufacturer's original packing must be intact and complete, and must then be enclosed in a new box before shipping. All included manuals and accessories must be returned in new condition. A 15% restocking fee will be charged if the return is not in new condition.

Products that fail on installation or within the manufacturer's warranty period will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty policy. Some items may need to be inspected by us or the manufacturer before replacement. Always consult us for advice before returning an item as faulty. Products may need to be returned to the USA for warranty service.
